About: Wythenshawe Hospital

I attended the Nightingale Mobile Scanning Unit today having been referred by the Pain Management department for a MRI scan on my lower back.

The staff in this unit were professional, caring and were a credit to the radiology department. They explained everything to me and were very reassuring. They ensured that they undertook the scan efficiently in a Covid compliant manner and made me feel very safe.

Please pass on my thanks to the staff involved.

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to read that you thought the staff were professional and caring and are a credit to the Radiology Department. We are also pleased to read that they explained everything to you, provided reassurance and made you feel very safe as they undertook the scan in a Covid compliant manner.
