"I won't be attending again"

I attended Royal Derby usually I have no problems staff are friendly and usually help me with my pains but this particular day the doctor I saw would not listen to me, was very rude, snappy, answering the phone during our conversation (although did apologise afterwards). I felt they were putting words into my mouth and not listening to me when I was saying how much pain I was in. When taking bloods it took 4 nurses to get bloods from me and one in particular was really rough with me and was really hurting my arms. I was meant to have my scan but ended up walking out due to I was overhearing -staff saying I was wasting their time. The day before this I got told I was pregnant and there was a very high risk I was misscarraging, when I attended the Royal it then said negative, there was no compassion or sensitivity. I won't be attending this hospital again.
