My wife and I would greatly like to thank our GP for putting in contact with this team. They sent a lovely lady Jessica who is a very great help to us. My wife is disabled, and I recently had 3 falls. Jessica came and showed us how to exercise to help with our mobility. She has visited us several times to see how we are getting on and I am particularly grateful that with her help I am now able to walk in a straight line. She has been a great help providing leaflets with the exercises, aids to help my wife get in and out of bed, a step for myself and verbal advice on our medication. She is going to keep in touch with us which is a great advantage.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback on our service. I am thrilled that your wife is doing so well and that both yourself and her have felt supported throughout our contact with you both.

I hope you both feel a little steadier on your feet now and that those everyday tasks have become a little easier for you. I will be sure to pass on your kind words to Jessica, it is so lovely to hear how she has supported you.
