After an urgent referral to urology which culminated in a day surgical procedure under a general anaesthetic, I can only sing the praises of the whole experience from my original appt on the 3 December where the procedure couldn’t be carried out due to an anatomical difficulty, my subsequent blood test, CT scan, COVID test & then surgical procedure all carried out within 15 days, which was absolutely amazing. Every single member of staff without exception, I came into contact with, treated me without utmost compassion, friendliness and professionalism. I felt so safe and looked after in the whole process, particularly given that this is the most challenging time our NHS has found itself in.
