"Last minute changes to appointmnet time."

I had treatment yesterday and didnt feel like I was treated with dignity and respect (words used in rivers hospital web-site). The staff nurse on medow day care center was great but in the minner treatment room was just told by two female nurses / helpers in will only take a minute of my Goin being exprossed didnt ever ask me if it was ok and there where male nurses in the room.So in my veiw I wouldnt be going back for any more treatment in this way applauing in my veiw . Im very happy that Rivers in these difficult times are operating but not at the expence of dignity and respect.

Also they are meant to give you a cooling of priod but with less than 23 hrs notice they changed the appointment time and just bullied me in to taking it saying they didnt know when the next appointment would be avaiable and this is after I had my covid test so if I hadnt taken this appointmnet even more nhs money wasted and my time. I just though i should bring this up at these already difficult times and if it hadnt been for a brillant sister in change I think I may have walked out.
