"Missed appointment letters"

About: Tameside General Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

I have been treated for medical problems at Tameside Hospital and other Tameside clinics since May of this year I have never missed an appointment, then this week your staff phoned me up to ask why I had not gone to an appointment last week to see Dr Nie one which I did attend and was seen by the  good Dr,

Today I received 2 letters both dated same date your records show I did not attend the appointment . while I appreciate the large amount of correspondence your hospital deals with and cost this must be to your organization , having already spoken on the phone about the matter why send these letters.

While this is a small matter in the bigger scheme of things it does cause irritation and stress to us older citizens , I remain your very thankful Patient.
