"Social Anxiety"

For as long as I can remember I have suffered with social Anxiety, if you knew me, you would never know,  as I appear outgoing and confident.

But I have been avoiding certain situations for so long now, sheer panic, racing heartbeat, blushing and generally running away.

This became more and more painful to live with, I knew,  I had to in some way, try to deal or overcome this.

I contacted my local GP and got a referral to Talk Together Bromley, this is where I met Deepa.

Through CBT with Deepa, my life has changed so much.

I had a very distorted view on how I thought I came across, and through certain exercises, and little by little exposure to the things that in the beginning  I found terrifying, I slowly began to see myself and the situations in a totally different view.

I have grown so much from the person I thought I was, and continue to grow every day with confidence with the blueprint that helped me.
