"Excellent service when it matters "

I have been in and out of this surgery for the last two years as I battle with cancer. There is not a bad doctor amongst them, I am happy to see any of them. The nurses are excellent too, as are the reception staff. I read a lot of negative reviews about the staff here, especially it seems the reception staff. I think they put up with a lot, including me when I have been particularly grumpy. They do care and deserve a lot more credit than they get. They have always sorted out my issues, some with and some without smiles. I have absolute confidence that all the staff here care. They care about their patients and they get problems sorted. I would have no trouble recommending this surgery to other people. A small thank you, or an appreciative chat will go a long way. Please try and be kind and courteous to the reception staff, they deserve it.
