Was greeted by the friendly Dr who was doing the procedure. She Was friendly and used clear and positive language Which made me feel at ease and knowledgeable about what to expect. Although this procedure has some brief pain and discomfort, she was skilled enough that it was fairly smooth with not much rummaging. Her and the assistant were very helpful and were happy to chat along to help distract me from any discomfort. Overall I’m very pleased with the treatment and care I received.
