"The worst time ever!"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

Was passed on by the gp to get a breast cyst drained. Was assigned to ward 20 and this is where things started going downhill. I know it's covid but staff are so unnattentive. Mind you there were only 6 of us on the ward. Saying this time and time again i was in no physical pain but i suffer from anxiety which is just as painful. I noticed both day and night staff not paying any attention to me. Would get sick of me if i kept pressing the buzzer. Yet without fail would regularly check on the other patients. Also had to wait for 14 hours before i had my procedure done which lasted only 10 mins! The after surgery care has just been as bad. Again no attention. Checked my wound and dressing once when i came back for recovery and left me all night and morning without checking on me. Asked for something warm like a hot drink to soothe my throat and got told they were busy. Nobody seems to know what job they are doing and whoever you ask always says it's not my job to do that. And the senior nurses/nurses in charge just don't even care.
