"Must be the worst surgery in the country!"

Receptionist are rude and patronising. I have had to book a few appointments in the last few months after having not really used the surgery for the last 10 years. Everytime i ring to book there is a wait and you can only book at 8am. They never have any appointments available online. The receptionist are so rude, if you don’t like your job then get another but don’t let down your whole surgery because the doctors do a great job.

Can we just clarify here. The one star is for the Reception team and not the doctors because, as you say "they do a great job". If you have had issues with the Patient Coordinators then contact the Complaints Manager who has access to the call recording system and any issues WILL be followed up.

Due to the pandemic we have moved Total Triage Model for Acute appointments, as do most of the local surgeries. We do try and release things like flu and phlebotomoy appointments online, but whilst we are still in such a high tier we feel we need to ensure a COVID safe environment for all of our patients.
