"Trouble getting through on the Prescription line"

(as a relative),

I have been trying to arrange a prescription for an elderly relative, by telephone.  Today l was continuously phoning from for 1 hr & 45 mins. The line was continuously engaged until 15:00 hours at which time the phone rang, the call was answered and immediately disconnected.  I tried once more with again the phone ringing out, being answered and again immediately disconnected. I then tried ringing once again but it just rang out until the system switched off.
