I received a series of weekly telephone CBT sessions. I felt very supported during these sessions and was offered a range of strategies and techniques to use during my time in therapy as well as afterwards. I felt that my counsellor listened very well to what I said during discussions and was very aware of information and issues from previous sessions. As a result of my therapy sessions I feel much more prepared and equipped to deal with episodes and situations of anxiety and depression.
