"Spent an age on hold"

I find the service they provided by Nene Valley Medical Practice falls far below that which we the public, have a right to, and deserve. 

If there is a problem you firstly have to spent an age on hold and then get a surly, uncooperative response at reception which usually fails to satisfy your needs, or worse cut off with no explanation.

I have spent the last 4 working days trying to get a batch of repeat prescriptions organised without success, this is usually organised with a memo attached to my prescriptions.

In this period I have made 3 phone calls to the practice, 4 visits to the pharmacy, 2 visits to the practice plus several hours of my time trying to sort this out.

If I was an exception it would not be too bad, but this is the experience of all I know.
