About: Adult Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

I started with the conditional management program in Derry, from February, it was postponed due to covid - 19 but they contacted me once able and I've now finished the programme.

My person (Caroline) was excellent in setting up sessions and giving me things to do and think about to help with my anxiety and stress. It was also great just to have someone in contact with me every week and helped with motivation. I would like to thank the team for all their help and guidance.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your experience in the Condition Management Programme(CMP), as the Acting Co-ordinator for the programme I welcome your response.

This has been an unusual year as during the initial wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, CMP staff were redeployed to help out in other areas.

We restarted the programme during the summer and developed new ways of providing the service - using telephone and virtual session, as well as face to face delivery within COVID regulations.

I am delighted that your regular weekly sessions with Caroline helped with your motivation and that the advice and guidance provided has assisted you to cope better with your anxiety and stress.

Your opinion is valued and your feedback has been shared with Caroline and the Team.
