I had a blood test at RDH and was really impressed with the service. I was in and out within 10mins.
All staff were really helpful, in particular the phlebotomist, who was a trainee. I told her I don't like blood tests, so looked away, but I couldn't even feel it going in and out. She then said she was a trainee and I was really surprised because she did such a good job. I didn't even get a bruise after wards.
I also got my results back the same day.
