"Poor "

Was told I had a call to discuss my blood results (Abnormal Liver) and (Serum C) Levels no one called so-called the surgery to ask what was going on and I was told I had already had a call which was not the case at all no one called me nor was a voice message left.

I have not been well in general but when getting Covid my liver function went high as well as a few other problems. I was told I had medication sent to my GP for my Tryptase levels and I still haven't had a call to confirm my prescription is ready.

I called the surgery up and the lady on reception said not sure you will get a call now and to call back tomorrow at 7 am. I was told no manager was around to talk to me and I was tod no Doctor was either.

I will be writing a full complaint and I would recommend looking for another GP practice.
