"Poor response "

Trying to see a doctor from this surgery is l think impossible,after talking to the receptionist and was told a doctor would call me back in the afternoon I got the call at 4.45 the doctor was not interested I explained about the pain in my neck and head and was told that probably arthritis not interested,I told her about the pain and wax in my ears and was told ear wax removal is no longer considered important to the nhs if I need this done I should go private .

I told her the concern over my blood being thin pointed out by the hospital to me her response well phone the surgery and book in for some blood test.she was not interested in the least.
