"Excellent patient care "

I visited A&E with a dislocated shoulder. I was very distressed and in severe pain and every member of staff that I saw was wonderful. I was seen quickly and treated with kindness and understanding. The staff are very professional and made my shoulder relocation as comfortable as possible. My treatment at A&E and from trauma and orthopaedics since has been great and it has all been very quick.
