"Pediatric A&E"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Admitted with my son who developed a worrying rash with high fever. Avoided this hospital like plague due to very poor previous experiences... however was amazed how much things have been shaken up. Of course wait time etc will never be perfect. The hospital is dealing with far more people than it was designed for... but a big thank you to the team for looking after my son and having great communication skills throughout, making me feel very reassured at all times... please keep up the good work!

Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of yours and your son's experience. I am so pleased to hear that you were kept fully informed and was reassured. I will ensure your feedback is passed onto the team so that they know what a brilliant job they are doing at these challenging times. Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

Kind Regards
