I enjoyed meeting the group and enjoyed sharing our stories. I was very nervous at first especially as I had a problem in signing into the video conference via the laptop. But I was made to feel at ease with the friendly company.

Thank you for giving us feedback.

As the courses are all held in smaller groups we make sure that all students can have their say and contribute when they like to.

We are still mainly delivering zoom courses, but are also offering a Mindful Walk at the end of March.
