I have needed to use the GP surgery 3 times over the last few months and have been overwhelmed by the professionalism, dedication and care I have been shown. This is how general practice should be done. Kind and friendly reception teams, quick telephone pick ups, appointments always available and at short notice. Patients are always quick to complain but few give compliments. Please keep caring the way you do for your patients and know we appreciate all you do.
