"Reassuring staff for colposcopy"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had to go to my appointment which was colposcopy, I’ve never had to have this done before so was a tad anxious about my appointment.

All the staff was lovely, professional and really reassuring, so nice to feel at ease! I wouldn’t be at all worried if I do need to go back.

Dear Chelski,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecology outpatient department at Pilgrim Hospital. We understand how a colposcopy appointment can be a vey anxious and emotional time for many ladies, and we endeavour to treat everyone who attends our clinic with kindness, respect and compassion. I was so pleased to hear our staff were professional and reassuring, enabling you to feel more at ease during the procedure. It is a pleasure to know we made a difficult experience more bearable for you. Thank you for your kind words and I will ensure I share them with the team. May I wish you well.

Take care

Tracy
