"Excellent care "

My mother is currently cared for in Knoll House having been ejected from two previous care homes due to the challenging nature of her condition (complex dementia) to care for. The staff at Knoll House have shown nothing but unremitting care, love and expertise in 'managing' her needs. They got to know my mum very quickly and respond to her sometimes challenging needs quickly and efficiently and always with compassion and care. Although we have missed visiting Mum during the pandemic I am so grateful for the tenacity with which the Home Manager has ensured the safety of all the residents and has not been bullied (by other agencies) into practices that might otherwise put my mum and the other residents in danger from this pandemic. The manager and staff all deserve recognition for this. I cannot recommend this home highly enough.
