My husband and I had to attend the surgery for an MMR vaccination. The whole system was really efficient; the text invitation and appointment booking, the timing in the evening, and the one way system in the practise. The staff were friendly and organised - in the past I have been disappointed by the reception staffs attitude, but this was a great service.
