"Lovely staff"

I had to visit A and E today , I had a fairly bad water infection . There’s always a nag in your mind ,should I be here ,am I an emergency etc .

The staff are so lovely ,make you feel special ,ease your concerns and done in such a serene and unhurried way .

I also frequent Urology and the same applies here .

I think we are lucky to have such a good hospital ,I’ve heard lots of horror stories about others .
