I was nervous for my diabetic eye screening appointment. Couldn’t find the Bradbury wing as entrance to this dept. was closed with a notice indicating to enter via ENT. Didn’t realise the entrance to Bradbury was just 3 meters ahead. The person at ENT reception really tried to help me and rang DESP but could not get through. Went to main entrance were the person handing out masks and hand sanitiser went out of their way to help as did the colleague who accompanied me to show where the entrance to Bradbury wing was. Once in the DESP, I explained why I was an hour late and was assured I would be seen a little later. All the staff concerned especially the ENT and main reception were eager to help and very professional. They really went out of their way to help. Think they could see how flustered I was becoming. All concerned are excellent staff, bundle loads of patience and doing a first rate job.
