"Shocking phone service but good doctors"

About: Orchard Surgery

Tried dialling into the surgery (04.12.20) in the morning - was number 5 in the call queue but took 1hr 30minutes the last 45minutes as number 1 in the queue. Am guessing all phones (including doctors calls) go through one line otherwise perplexed.

Impossible for a surgery to function when patients are unable to call in - especially in these difficult times when one isn’t supposed to turn up in person for bookings. Hope COVID vaccinations are carried out at large centres and not surgeries.

We have had problems with our telephone system, particularly with the increased demand due to the release of the Covid vaccinations, but these have hopefully now been resolved.
