"Absolutely shocking service !!"

After finding out I have an inherited heart condition , the practice has sat on this info for the past 8 months and never made any attempt to look into it even though I have been contacting them regularly. My mother also has this condition and was repeatedly told there was nothing to worry about and they would have been in touch if it was important when her results went missing for 3 months . However After a panicked yet apologetic phone call 7pm one evening from a heart consultant to her she was placed on medication immediately , due to some side effects some of these meds needed changing but they have not re introduced them against the advice of REAL cardiac professionals who have advised there are other alternatives that she could take ! .

I am now left waiting / chasing different departments to get myself on the right course of treatment !

I would not recommend this service at all . some members of staff are lovely but apologies don’t fix medical conditions ...

My children may have this condition but I can’t move forward with there treatment and tests as well as my own and mothers due to the quite frankly lack lustre poor organisational skills and inability to take action to rectify there catalogue of failed treatments.

Avoid at all cost ! I would move practice but they are now twinned with the only other practice in our town .

If you can drive to a much more professional surgery do so .
