"Connectivity and the lack of it"

About: Conquest Hospital

Tried to contact by phone about Colonoscopy. After about half an hour someone responded and tried to make appointment. After waiting the line entered the dead zone, and I gave up. Realise times are bad but frustration is not helping my condition so i prefer to give up and refrain from contact and enjoy whats left

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback about your recent experience of trying to get in touch with the Trust regarding a colonoscopy; it is absolutely vital, particularly in the current climate, that patients can reach the departments they need to speak to about care and treatment, and we are very sorry to read of your difficulties. Please accept our apologies for the frustration and disappointment caused to you. If you still need to speak to someone about a colonoscopy, then please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) – they have a direct line and be reached on 0300 131 5309 where staff will be very happy to help you. Please keep well and stay safe.
