This is from the perspective of a transgender woman. After receiving miserable treatment at Failsworth Group Practice, I transferred to Medlock, just next door. It's like night and day. Quick, easy treatment, not having to answer a lot of invasive questions all the time, and willing to work with a private doctor. Plus, the staff actually answer the phone! Recommended.
