(as a relative),

Cannot praise them enough for the way they have looked after my wife who had a serious stroke. After discharge from the hospital the team have been here daily, put together a care package, they have been brilliant. Thanks to Susan, Catherine, Georgina and Jennie – rehabilitation team, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

My role at Locala is to listen to service users and understand how it feels to use our services. I report back to services and managers. I support to make change where needed. I really enjoy my job. Making a difference is important to me!
