Imagine you broke your leg, went to the hospital, and all the doctor's and workers ignored you. Disgusting right?
Now imagine being on Antidepressants, with suicidal tendencies. You've ran out of antidepressants because the repeat prescription requires a medication review. But you can't get through to reception because of holding times, opening times, and good luck on their online GP service. Now imagine submitting a cry for help on the 18th November to their online GP consultation service because you not only are struggling ON the medication but your medication has run out, and hearing nothing. No phone calls, no emails, no texts, nothing. You can see on your record that an administrator has saved it and filed it out but nothing has been done.
Now stop imagining, because that scenario is real, and it's what I'm going through. I'm surprised I'm still here. No use calling 111 as they recommend calling my GP who seemingly files away very serious econsult requests.
"Absolutely Disgusting. Surprised I'm still alive. "
