"There was no feeling of being rushed"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology Outpatients

(as the patient),

The courtesy and care shown whilst in for a Coronary Angiography is worth a mention.   From the nurse on reception to Leanne in the unit, they were pleasant, respectful and took time to ensure you understood each part of the procedure.   There was no feeling of being rushed which helps when you’re a little unsure of the procedure.

Porters were all chatty ,,,,, they must walk miles every day and still have time for you.

In CT unit the nurse there ‘’Margaret’ again took time to ensure and reassure I knew what was happening.  The heart specialist also took time to have a short discussion of the likely results.    All very reassuring

Thank you one and all.  Excellent

Best regards

Dear Myheart20

Thanks very much for taking the time to share your recent positive experience when attending Cardiology and Radiology for a CT-Coronary angiogram. I will share your post with my colleagues.
