My husband and myself are both registered at the diadem surgery. We both have to have the b12 injection. We understand that things have been difficult due to the pandemic and the last two occasions we let it go how difficult it was to get booked in. However this time it's been ridiculous, today I made the 6th phone call, each time calling back when I'm asked to do, on a later date. To be told yet again they are waiting for the rota to be downloaded, three weeks of trying and still no further on. And told to ring Friday for next week. I wouldn't mind of each time we ring it wasn't a chore to actually get through. We both wish the takeover had never taken place as it was a much better run surgery before

Good morning, I am sorry that you and your husband have experienced difficulties booking your appointments. Unfortunately we can only have our rotas released weekly as we do not know if any staff will be isolating, so in order to have minimal disruption to the appointments, we are unable to book them in greater advance.
