Seen GP for my ongoing issues I feel safe to come into the Surgery because they have safety measurements in place. Reception staff is always helpful and friendly when calling for appointments or questions about referrals.

Dear patient,

To ensure the safety of all our patients and staff, we are continuing to provide the services to our patients in line with the government and NHS guidelines. We are happy that you are pleased with the safety measurements we have in the surgery. Our staff are always ready to help with any queries and we ensure that everyone is up to date with the surgery's policies and procedures.
