"Great experience "

About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

This was my 2nd baby at PRU and mt 4th c section. The care I received from start to finish was amazing. I was v worried about being alone and unsupported due to covid restrictions etc as husband was only allowed to come and leave only once.

Midwives were extremely caring and I didn't feel uncared for. The operation itself was handled really well with lots of care and professionalism.

Overall a good experience under difficult circumstances.

Dear Aysha. Firstly congratulations on the birth of your baby! Thanks too for posting such lovely comments - so pleased that everything went well and that the midwives were able to be so supportive with you. It's been so hard for partners / husbands and mums at this time. I have already passed on your comment to our Head of Midwifery at the PRUH who I am sure will pass onto staff. Hope you are all settling in with the new addition. Best wishes from all of us at King's.
