"The care was second to none"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

We attended the a&e department as per the gp as our wee boy was running high temps and unwell. The care we recieved was second to none from entry to triage to be been seen was brill. We were looked after by a wonderful nurse called Jean she was brill and went out of her way to make the experience so much easier. Our little boy was looked after with kindness and affection the doctor was also amazing as were the health care assistants and all staff present. They were very busy but they done everything with a smile and nothing was to much trouble. I myself work for the trust and knownthe pressures we are all under. I just want to say thank you so much and keep up the good work: -) Jean you were amazing: -) thank you: -)

Hi Bubbles12

Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Ulster Hospital ED.

I agree that it is so important that safe and effective care is coupled with a warm and positive experience.

Great to hear that your son was so well looked after by our ED team.

It will be nice for the team to hear your kind words of appreciation.

Best wishes to you and your son.
