"Wonderful caring staff"

I just want to say how amazing the lady on reception was today - I have emailed separately too. My son was struggling to walk and she got him a wheelchair. I’d forgotten the paperwork and she advised me on what to do and checked we were ok. Then as my son hurt his hand at the car afterwards, she helped us again and was so patient and caring - so wonderful to meet someone like this, it made such a difference. All of the other staff we saw were great too. Thank you all so much!
