Took 15 Month to register with practice even with help to register. i went to practice and each time was given the paperwork to register, i stood outside to fill in this paperwork and was told to put this in the letterbox. they say they never got them.
Each time i call practice it takes 45 to 60 min for them to answer my call. I'm stuck in home due to medication being removed for my pain that was given to me by a specialist. ordering meds online, every time i try logon it says wrong password i spend 1 hour calling to reset only to get this problem again.
