I phoned this Gp this morning, which is my Gp from 2018 and I was absolutely shocked and petrified! An operator replied to me” I won’t care”. I was from 8 am trying and only got true at 10:15, according to the staff member I was out of times. Anyhow, I’m Covid positive and Nhs trace and test asked me to urgent phone my Gp. I specify to the novric operator and I listen from her that “ nhs can pretend whatever I do not care! And I don’t book your appointment! “ I tried to explain is an urgent matter and from 8am I was trying what this staff member replied “ that’s not my problem I cannot manage how many people call the medical centre”
I am an nhs staff and my question is are you guys know about patient centred??? Are you guys know a minimum of duty of care? Respect?consideration???
I’m absolutely shocked! Miserable staff member and miserable service
