Nurse Emily and midwife Genene provided my little baby and myself excellent care with professionalism, tenderness and great empathy. Very friendly, took time to explain and did not rush me. I have also had great experiences with the Gps. The only staff I feel would benefit from training are the reception and admin staff. But the treating staff; GP, nurses, phelebotomist and midwefy are all brilliant. 5 stars for those and 1 star for admin and reception staff.
