I’ve had a pregnancy, an induction of labour, a delivery, a miscarriage and now my baby treated in this hospital and every time it’s been a terrible experience that most times has left me in tears. I had my baby in a different hospital given how bad my previous experiences have been but now we had to come here for paediatric care. I’ve probably been here over 30 times now and every time it has taken a ridiculous amount of time (sometimes over 3 hrs from appointment time) to be seen. My baby is only 1 month old we’ve spent hours waiting for 5 min consultations even after the ward emptied out. A single nurse ever expressed sympathy in the darkest hours. I’ve tried PALS before and they just had the nice nurse call me and apologise and say help wasn’t available. Avoid if you can.
