When I rang at 8am and was 10th in the queue, I feared the worst but after the triage callback I was given a telephone appointment with a doctor for a little later. I had to call again the next day and ask for another appointment with a nurse practitioner regarding developing symptoms of the same issue and saw the loveliest, sympathetic NP. The doctor I spoke to initially called me a few days later to check on my progress and answered questions I had. I could ask no more and have had a positive experience
