I went to the gynae clinic at lch,I was feeling very nervous and apprehensive but immediately felt such warm and friendly vibes from Miss Harper and her team,which put me at my ease straight away. I can’t stress enough the positive difference that made to my experience. I didn’t need to see their faces(all in masks) to know that they were kind,caring and reassuring,all the qualities you hope for when attending a hospital appointment

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback following your recent visit to the Gynaecology Outpatients Department at Lincoln County Hospital.

As a team we really encourage feedback in order that we can continually improve the service that we offer our patients, and know what we are getting right or what we need to improve on. It is therefore it is very rewarding for the team to receive such a positive response and to know that you felt the staff were kind, caring and reassuring, which is how we would wish all our patients to feel.

Positive feedback is a real boost to morale especially while working through such a difficult period so thank you once again on behalf of the team for taking the time to send your comments and share your story. I will ensure that your feedback is shared with Miss Harper and all of the team.
