(as a parent/guardian),

Had to take our youngest to the hospital today. She really struggles with her anxiety and I rang the department first. We could not have asked for more accommodation, compassion and understanding. They made a potentially very difficult experience a very warm, reassuring one. Honestly can not thank the staff enough just wonderful people. Thankyou

It is always a treat to hear that our patient s have been cared for with the high standards that our teams strive to deliver every single day. I am delighted to hear that we were able to make what could have been a very stressful experience quite the opposite for you and the young patient.

I will pass on your lovely comments to the team involved and I am certain that they will be absolutely delighted to know that they have been able to make this experience a positive one for you and your family

I hope that the patient is now on the way to recovery and able to look forward to enjoying a lovely Christmas.
