About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Renal unit

(as a service user),

I would like to compliment the staff at Altnagelvin Renal Unit especially the Home Therapies Nurses, Bridgeen, Alsion and Caroline. The Renal Unit Manager Sean and Dr Moran. They were excellent in their care of myself who received dialysis for the first time in October 2020. I have been attending the Renal Outpatients clinic for some time due to CKD and Renal Cancer and I can only praise staff at the hospital and the clinic for their professionalism and compassion. Excellent service by the NHS
