"Super lovely people"

After being constantly let down by my GP who cannot be bothered with anything and are hard to contact. I had almost lost hope until my mum and friend said i should try Erith Hospital walk in center. I had recently got an ear infection that had got more painful as the week went on and they saw me the same night i had called. Temperature taken at the door after buzzing the intercom. Quickly signed in and a short wait to see the nurse who took my blood pressure before seeing an absolute gem of a doctor, she reminded me so much of a friends doctor mum from when was younger. She was so sweet, warm and didnt rush me like what they do at my GPs who also dont allow more than one problem be asked about. I felt such releif after being seen as finally i had confirmation about my symptoms as often the worst thing when unwell or having symptoms is not knowing for sure and just someone to acknowledge you is always a weight lifted! Thank you!
