"Cytosponge"

Was one of the first patients to get the cytosponge in the hospital, Rosie phoned me and asked if I’d like to have it instead of an endoscopy as waiting lists are very big due to Covid 19, she explained the test and organised a Covid test for me to get done first. The procedure was really easy, was glad to meet the same nurse (Rosie) again, as she did my procedure, she was very good, explained it all and it was done in 10 minutes, much better than a horrible scope, well done Crosshouse for training nurses to do this, I will not worry as much about coming in any more, And I got personally phoned by ROSIE with my results within 10 days, Great service.
