The lastest cqc reports states require improvements in 4 areas. They obviously do not care as it has not improved at all. In fact one receptionist is so rude and unhelpful I have decided to change Surgery's. There are several signs in the surgery which states abusive behaviour will not be tolerated, but the rudeness and unhelpfulness of this member staff is unbelieveable.
